Counselling therapy is a type of verbal processing treatment where the client has access to a safe and supportive space to work through their personal problems with a qualified therapist. The counsellor can help you address and clarify issues in your life, explore options and tools to help change those situations and increase self-awareness and mindfulness.  

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments. Handling these tissues in a specific manner can help to ease tight and stiff muscles, sore joints and improve general circulation and proprioception. ​

Osteopathic Manual Therapy

Osteopathic manual therapy is a gentle and wholistic treatment approach suitable for every body. It takes care to treat the root cause rather than the symptom, and the goal is to reestablish the body's own healing mechanism. You will remain clothed during your session, so fabric that moves/stretches easily is encouraged. 

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment method for everyone, and it works by stimulating the body's natural healing and functioning abilities. With the insertion of a sterile, thin-as-a-hair needle into the specific acupuncture point for your condition, we can regulate the qi (energy flow) by reducing or increasing it, depending on what's going on. ​

People have pain. We hate that.
